A surface sample is an excellent way to verify that suspect area of concern, but does nothing to help determine the cause. A complete Mold Inspection helps identify areas conducive to microbial growth in addition to sampling the indoor air for abnormal amount of airborne mold spores. Remember, if mold is treated but the source of the problem isn’t addressed, the mold will likely return.
